Eligible reports may temporarily hide content at the configured threshold while an administrator reviews it; a report count is not proof of wrongdoing.
Authors can appeal a moderation decision through account notices or contact the site team. Private journals are for personal reflection, not a medical service. For a health concern, seek a qualified professional; do not wait for a community reply in an emergency.
